He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. As an intellectual property attorney, Mr. Zemsky advised clients ranging from startups to publicly traded companies on the development, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. His work spanned diverse technologies, including serving on the legal team for pioneering Bitcoin ETF and exchange ventures. He has presented at national biotech and law conferences and participated in healthcare-focused intellectual property panels.

As a technology executive, Mr. Zemsky has led product development, customer success and support programs, and strategic technology partnerships. He is recognized for distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. His software development and design work includes data visualization projects in fields from fluid dynamics and oceanographic research to crowd-sourced travel recommendations. He has also directed the full lifecycle of applied enterprise AI solutions, from design through deployment for Fortune 500 companies.
