Neurovation Labs Receives o2h Kickstarter Award to Advance Precision Neurotherapeutics

New York, USA & Cambridge, UK — October 9, 2026 — Neurovation Labs, Inc., a preclinical-stage biotechnology company developing precision therapeutics for central nervous system (CNS) disorders, has been selected to receive the o2h Kickstarter Award from o2h Discovery, providing dedicated drug discovery support to help advance Neurovation Labs’ small-molecule discovery programme.

Neurovation Labs is focused on developing region-selective small molecules designed to modulate specific brain circuits. The company’s current programme is focused on ionotropic glutamate receptor-mediated disorders, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Through its drug discovery platform, Neurovation Labs is investigating selective modulation of AMPA receptors within defined brain regions, with the aim of developing more targeted therapeutic approaches for CNS disorders.

The o2h Kickstarter Award is designed to support emerging biotech companies as they progress early-stage drug discovery programmes toward key scientific and development milestones. As part of the award, o2h Discovery will provide chemistry expertise and drug discovery support to complement Neurovation Labs’ existing research and development efforts.

Jennifer N. Perusini, Ph.D., Co-Founder & CEO, Neurovation Labs, said:

“We are thrilled to receive the o2h Kickstarter Award, which is an exciting milestone for Neurovation Labs and a meaningful validation of our mission to develop precision neurotherapeutics. We are grateful to o2h for recognizing the potential of our approach to impact multiple CNS disorders with high unmet need and supporting us as we advance our program toward the clinic. Having o2h alongside us on this journey is a strategic opportunity as we work toward bringing a fundamentally new treatment approach to patients.”

The collaboration brings together Neurovation Labs’ expertise in neuroscience, receptor biology and translational medicine with o2h Discovery’s capabilities in small-molecule chemistry and integrated drug discovery.

Sunil Shah, Co-CEO, o2h Discovery, said:

“Reaching the 50th o2h Kickstarter Award is an important milestone for us and reflects our continued commitment to supporting emerging biotech companies as they advance their drug discovery programmes. Neurovation Labs is taking a focused approach to precision neurotherapeutics, combining its expertise in neuroscience and receptor biology to explore more targeted approaches to CNS disorders. We are pleased to support the Neurovation Labs team with our chemistry and drug discovery expertise as they continue to advance this promising programme.”

The partnership forms part of o2h Discovery’s broader commitment to supporting early-stage biotechnology companies through the o2h Kickstarter programme. Since its launch, the programme has supported biotech companies and academic spinouts across multiple geographies, providing access to drug discovery expertise and chemistry support to help programmes progress toward their next scientific or funding milestones.

For Neurovation Labs, the collaboration with o2h Discovery provides additional chemistry capacity as the company continues to progress its precision neurotherapeutics programmes.
